February 8 1919
NZ Army beat United Services at Torquay.
In their 3rd match the NZ Army team had their second win, 9 – 0 over United Services at Torquay before a crowd boosted by New Zealand servicemen from the surrounding area. Whilst not as clearcut as their 22 – 3 defeat of Monmouthshire a week before the three tries to none was nevertheless a satisfactory result.
